Tools
Run the numbers on your work environment.
Three free tools we use in our own consulting: capacity needs for air purification, reverberation time using Sabine's formula, and a direct comparison of our air purifiers.
CADR calculator.
CADR stands for Clean Air Delivery Rate and states how many cubic meters of purified air the air purifier delivers per hour. Together with the room volume and the desired number of air changes, CADR is used to choose the right capacity.
Calculate how much clean air the room needs. The formula is the room volume times the desired number of air changes per hour: area × ceiling height × air changes.
Required capacity
324 m³/h
Room volume 108 m³ × 3 air changes per hour.
- Pure Air Slim 487487 m³/h
1 unit covers the room.
- Pure Air Medi 400372 m³/h
1 unit covers the room.
The calculation is for guidance only. Furnishing, ventilation and the shape of the room affect the result — we can measure it on site in a work environment analysis.
Compare air purifiers.
All figures come from the product sheets. CADR is measured on smoke and tells you how many cubic meters of clean air the unit delivers per hour.

Acoustics calculator.
Calculate the room's reverberation time with Sabine's formula (T = 0.161 × V / A) and see how many square meters of sound absorption are needed to reach the target value.
Current reverberation time
1.01 s
Target value
0.6 s
Room volume 129.6 m³ · existing absorption approx. 20.6 m² · required 34.8 m².
Approx. 14.2 m² of absorption missing
- SilentArt Floor (100 × 160 cm)approx. 5 pcs.
Freestanding floor panel with print — absorbs on both sides.
- SilentArt Ceiling Frame (120 × 80 cm)approx. 17 pcs.
Ceiling-mounted panel — frees up floor space.
- Bordpanel (160 × 60 cm)approx. 9 pcs.
Screens workstations in open-plan offices.
- Child Panels (120 × 80 cm)approx. 9 pcs.
Low height, designed for daycare centers.
The calculation assumes class A absorbers (αw ≈ 0.9) and is for guidance only. We can measure the actual reverberation time as part of the work environment analysis.
