Analysis
A consultant walks through the workstations together with one of your own employees. We look at the lighting at the work surface, assess reverberation and noise sources, screen temperature, drafts and humidity, and observe working postures at the desk, screen and chair.

Assessment
Observations and any measurements are compared with Danish legislation, industry guidelines, benchmarks and research. This is where the numbers become a professional assessment of what is fine, what is borderline and what needs to change.

How much does a work environment analysis cost?
The work environment analysis is free and without obligation. You do not pay for the visit, and there is no requirement to buy anything afterwards. Custom Fit — the individual review of each employee's workstation — costs DKK 599 per employee.
How long does a work environment analysis take?
The visit usually takes about one hour, depending on the size of your organization and the scope of the task.
What do you look at?
Lighting at the work surface, noise and reverberation, temperature, drafts and air quality, and working postures at the desk, screen and chair. If needed, we can measure relevant conditions on site or over time.
Do we have to buy anything afterwards?
No. Many of the recommendations can be carried out without purchases — correct adjustment of chair and desk, a new screen position or changed furniture layout. Only what the review actually calls for ends up as a purchase suggestion.
Can the report support our workplace assessment (APV) under Danish rules?
Yes. The report documents what was examined, what was found and what was decided, and can therefore support your own workplace assessment (APV) required by Danish law. We do not prepare the APV itself.
What is the difference between the analysis and Custom Fit?
The work environment analysis is a free, overall review of your organization's physical work environment. Custom Fit is the individual review and adjustment of each employee's workstation and costs DKK 599 per employee.
Do you measure again afterwards?
