Custom Fit is an individual review of each employee's workstation. We adjust the chair, desk, screen, keyboard, mouse and other relevant equipment, and give individual advice and concrete recommendations. Price: DKK 599 per employee.

How it works
Four steps at each workstation.

Talk about discomfort
We start at the employee's own workstation and ask where it hurts, when during the day it occurs, and which tasks take up the most time. The back and neck are the most common, but we also note wrists, shoulders, eyes and concentration.

Measurement and observation
We observe the working posture in practice and can, if needed, measure relevant conditions at the workstation: desk and screen height, sitting angles, reach distances, light level on the work surface, noise level and air conditions. Everything is recorded per workstation, so it can be found again later.

Adjustment with what you have
We first solve what can be solved without purchases: chair settings, desk height, screen position and distance, keyboard and mouse, light sources and screen orientation. The employee gets guidance on how to maintain the settings.

Overall recommendation
If needed, Xsystems can afterwards prepare an overall summary for management: what was solved on site, where equipment is needed, and which workstations should be prioritized first. Individual health information is not included in the summary.

Questions about Custom Fit.
What is the difference between a work environment analysis and a Custom Fit?
The work environment analysis maps the work environment at department or location level. Custom Fit goes one layer deeper and reviews each employee's workstation, posture and settings individually.
Can you buy Custom Fit without a work environment analysis?
Custom Fit is intended as an add-on to the analysis, because the general conditions in the room affect each workstation. If you already have an up-to-date overview of your premises, we can arrange a Custom Fit on its own.
How long does a Custom Fit take per employee?
Typically 20 to 30 minutes per employee, including conversation, measurement, adjustment and guidance. The scope is agreed in advance based on the number of participants.
How much does a Custom Fit cost?
Custom Fit costs DKK 599 per employee. The scope is agreed in advance based on the number of participants and locations.
Does management get access to individual health information?
No. The conversation with the employee is confidential. The report for management contains recommendations and priorities per workstation, not personal health information.
